Unauthorised payment of $439.05 NZD

I have unauthorised payment with my paypal for automatic renewal to my wordpress package that I bought a year ago. I called the number on the paypal seller information it was no help.
Can someone please assist me. -
Hi @tmagnificient, could you send a link to the affected site? I don’t see one on this account — looks like you created it just today.
Alternatively, could you log out, then log back in using the email address that gets renewal reminders? You’ll be able to reach out to support directly there so you can ask for a refund and what not.

We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into, or that site.
