Unauthorised payments
-
I want to recover the £23.98 and the £57.56 you just took from my account, I find your site too complicated to use and have tried to stop you taking this money. As your site is un-useable I just want to get rid of everything to do with your site including my web addresses domain names domain mapping nonsense or whatever else you call all this. I just want to get my money back and have nothing more to do with WordPress.
Kind regards

Hello!
You issue will need Staff intervention, so I’ve tagged a MODLOOK for a staff member to come follow up.
I hope this helps!

As I mentioned, a MODLOOK tells a staff member (a WordPress.com Employee) to come look at your question and offer help. If you wait just a little while, a Staff member with access to your site information will respond to your comment and help you resolve your issue.

Hi Howard,
I can’t see any active subscription or recent billings under the account you’re using to post to this thread. If the charges concern another WordPress.com account, please log-in with that account and post to this thread.
If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

Hi,
Well the money has been taken and as I’ve said the WordPress site is so complicated who knows what department or under what heading it is, all I know is that WordPress has taken the money. It seems a good way of getting money out of customers, it could be under servicedapartmentsmacclesfield.co.uk but I don’t know where it is or how to access it?

Can you please use this tool and let me know if the charge was originated by us (WordPress.com)?
Thanks!
