Unauthorised Paypal Payment

  I have just received notice from Paypal that an amount of
  $137.31 USD has been taken. I have checked through my accounts and I do not have a subscription for Akismet Pro – I do not even have this installed on my website. I have sent through a request for cancellation to the email provided and there was an automatic reply from your Happiness engineers with options to contact support which does not help. Please refund me with a matter of urgency
