It’s a bad idea to post a transaction ID on a public forum.
Did you know you can manage purchases, renewals and refunds at https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/.
If you are not sure what a billing is about, you can check it yourself at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ -
I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.
If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXOnce you submit that information, WordPress.com Support will be able to help.
I hope that helps!
