Unauthorized $99 charge from WordPress.com

Dear support staff member,
I was recently charge $99 for WordPress Premium. I had no intentions of every purchasing WordPress Premium, and as you can tell from my blog, I have used none of the features that came with the purchase. Can I please be refunded the $99, and have this recurring charge canceled from my account?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.

Hi, I’ve been charged 101,48€ on sunday 9/08 eventhough I didn’t ask anything.
I would like to be refounded and understand how this coud happen.
