Unauthorized Access & Fraudulent Bank Change on My WordPress Store

  Dear WordPress Support Team,

  I am writing to formally report unauthorized access to my WordPress store, Azeib Trades (https://azeibtrades.store/), which is registered under my company Azeib Traders Ltd (Company Number: 15339770).

  Issue Summary:
  1. I am the legal owner of this WordPress store and had initially set it up with my personal email, business details, and bank account.
  2. I hired a Virtual Assistant (VA) to help manage the store, but they have fraudulently changed the login credentials and bank details without my authorization.
  3. My company details (business name, email, phone number) are still being used on the store, but I have been locked out and unable to access my account.
  4. I believe my store is still generating revenue, but payments are now being directed to an unauthorized bank account that does not belong to me.

  Urgent Actions Requested:

  ✅ Restore My Account Access – Please reset my access to the WordPress store using my original email.
  ✅ Investigate the Fraudulent Bank Change – Verify and take action on the unauthorized financial changes.
