Unauthorized auto-renewal and charge

Hi there,
I did not sign up for auto renewal. And, on the receipt and FAQs it says that auto renewal can be cancelled on the website. We no longer use or need the domain and need the account to be refunded for the domain renewal. Please cancel it immediately.

To save you time we can try to determine relevant details such as which upgrade, which site URL, and which username account is this about.
How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the site to access the dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
Canceling and Refunding Purchases

Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

I don't see the refund processed. Whomever is in charge of the paypal account for WordPress needs to hit the refund button IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Marie, the charge was already reversed. If you’d like a refund instead of a reversal, please contact the bank and ask them to un-reverse the charge. Then we can refund it on our side.
