Unauthorized bank charge

Hi, I have not received an answer to my complaint. I have checked the sites I had in the past with you and all of them said not paid, however, you have charged my credit card with capital bank for$114. I have request my bank to cancel that payment. You don’t have a customer service with a live person to talk to you. I have spent hours trying to cancel myself any automatic payments I might have with you but I can’t find any and you certainly don’t make any easy for people to get in contact with you.
