  If you’ve found a charge from WordPress.com that you do not recognize or would like a receipt, you can enter your transaction details here:

  Why was I charged?

  Staff can also help you in tracking the charge if you could post the website address for which the payment was done.
  Please do not post the transaction id or any other personal information as these forums are public and are indexed by the search engines.

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any charges to the account you’re using to contact us. Can you please check if those charges are from WordPress.com by using this tool?
