Unauthorized bill

    I have deleted my site!!
    It doesn’t show in my account – somehow I got changed and want a damn refund!
    That’s complete fraud and absolutely frustrating when I took the right action to deactivate my account before the renewal!

    I edited out your transaction information as that isn’t something you should post to a public forum.

    Back to your request: I don’t show that the site was ever deleted nor cancelled under your account – the one tied to the email address you provided, which is a different account than the one you’re posting from here. This is also likely why you can’t see this site under the account you’re posting from.

    All WordPress.com plans are set to auto renew to the stored payment details on file unless you disable auto renew or cancel the plan. Since neither one of those things happened, that’s why you were charged again.

    However, since you provided the proper transaction ID for the charge, I went ahead and refunded that in full back to you. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.

    Note this also cancelled the domain tayloremalloy.blog

    However, this will not delete the site in question. Since you provided the email address tied to the account that owns the site, you can log into that account and follow the steps here to delete the site:

    If you don’t remember the login password for that account, you can enter that email address here to reset it:
