Unauthorized Billing

Hi there,
I was charged $18 USD automatically on January 30th, 2017. I did not authorize this transaction, I did not receive a bill and I would like a refund immediately. I would also like my credit card information to be permanently removed from my account.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

A $18 charge sounds like a custom domain renewal. Have you looked under your Manage Purchases https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing If you don’t see it there, you may need to be logged in with a different username.
Regardless I’ve tagged this for Staff attention.

Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and you have not been charged by us for anything since 2015. You can view all past transactions on your account here:

The site you indicated, contoursmcgill.wordpress.com, has a custom domain, contours-mcgill.com, which renewed a week ago. That domain belongs to the username, contoursmcgillclub, who is also the owner of that site.
If that’s the payment that you are referring to, please log in as that username and reply here to confirm that you want to cancel it.
Cancelling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again (here or elsewhere) in the future, so I’ll need you to specifically confirm that you wish to cancel that domain.
