Unauthorized Billling

It’s really sad how WordPress just nailed me for $67 without any notice. It left me overdrawn and with three separate overdraft fees, $35 each. Then you try to find anyone to call, and they don’t have a telephone. So you figure Live Chat will help. And even though WordPress says they have LiveChat, they don’t. The site just takes you around in twists and turns. It’s a very poor support system. Maybe the worst I have seen.

Hi there,
I do not see any upgrades under your @leeeversole WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? We do not have any upgrades that are priced at $67, so that amount sounds unusual. What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.
You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
