UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE

There was an unauthorized charge on my master card last night of $100. I tried looking it up using Why Was I Charged, but noting came up. I did not sign up for any premiums (to my knowledge) and would like a full refund. Please get back to me ASAP.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
