unauthorized charge

  Hi there –

  I see an unauthorized charge for $30 from WPCHRG.COM CARD#3698. I don’t see anything in PayPal, there’s nothing listed in billing for an upcoming charge. I let one of my sites – viewfromthebeach.org lapse.

  Can you tell me what this is for? The last one I see is a $26 charge in May for dawnfallik.com, which was fine.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
