    How do you stop these people from automatically charging you when you cancelled the account a year ago and got a refund then? Now a year later they are doing it again and are not easily contacted.

    You were charged because you still had active upgrades on your account with automatic renewal active. We sent you reminder emails prior to this renewal going through.

    I can confirm you’ve now cancelled all upgrades on your account, and you will not be charged again unless you buy something new.

    You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
