Unauthorized charge

    I was recently charged $96 to my account, I never approved the transaction. I had intended to pay with a different card, it was also my understanding that the site didn’t need renewal until next month.

    I attempted to close the acct, but I’m prompted to contact y’all.

  • Hi @juncopodnah, I’m sorry that caught you by surprise. We send renewal reminders and what not to avoid this kind of thing, but sometimes folks miss them. Also, we renew a month early so that there’s time to sort out billing issues just like this.

    Right now we have a chargeback status that won’t let us process the refund and what not. If you’ll get that cancelled with your bank, we can refund and let you use a different card, or refund and cancel, or whatever you prefer.
