  I have a 13 dollar unauthorized charge from your company. Please let me know how this can be resolved. I logged into your site and I have no site registered with you and I have not in years. I need to dispute asap with my Bank if this cannot be resolved. Thank you.

  Hi @cooleyj6723, there are no charges under the account you’re contacting us from so you likely have another WordPress.com account. The $13 sounds like domain mapping but, as @staartmees, it’s best if you searched for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

  You’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
