Unauthorized charge

  I never used once WordPress that I purchased last year. I just was a renewal fee charged to my account that I did not authorize. Please reverse charge. Please advise who I contact

  The bushkimbly13 account you’re using to post here is only a few hours old, and owns no sites or upgrades on WordPress.com. What is the URL for the site for which you bought the upgrade?

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

  All WordPress.com plans renew automatically every year. You agreed to this last year when you bought the plan, and we sent you several renewal reminders via email before the charge went through, so you had time to cancel it if you no longer wanted to continue with the plan.
