  Hi I was charged $18 on Jan 17 2021. This is my transaction ID from the bank statement.

  No clue what this is for. I did not sign up or use any services. Please cancel and issue refund. Thanks

  That transaction is for the renewal of the ultimatefollower.com domain. That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in.

  If you want to cancel that domain you first need to access that other account. If you don’t have the login credentials for it, please use the following form to contact our Account Recovery team:
