    How do I reach a customer service agent yo refund an unauthorized charge?

    Hi there, I noticed you were already refunded a few days ago, and staff responded then. I wonder if you’re having trouble getting our emails and thus missed the auto-renewal too?

    It’s refunded now, though; just wait a few days for that to route to your bank. We can provide an ARN if needed. It would arrive by email too, though, so if you can ensure you aren’t inadvertently blocking our communication, that will help. Let us know when you’re ready!
