Unauthorized Charge

  I was charged $114.00 on 1/18/2023. I didn’t authorize any charges. I don’t use WordPress at all and there’s nothing listed under Purchases to show what I was even charged for. I don’t have any Plans active either. I need this charge dropped immediately or I will report an issue through my bank to dispute it.

  Go to https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ and enter the payment details there to regain access to the correct account. Then, once you are signed in to the proper account, go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and you can cancel + refund.
