unauthorized charge

    Hello! I had a charge on my credit card on August 7th 2023 for $108.48 USD. The charge showed up as (redacted by staff).

    I cancelled my subscriptions a while ago, so I do not know why I am being charged. If you could please let me know what this was for, cancel whatever it is (because clearly my cancellations did not go through?), and refund me the money I would appreciate it.

    Hi there!

    I checked and found that the WordPress.com Premium plan was still active on your site, which is why it was renewed for another year automatically.

    It looks like you have since canceled the subscription, and a refund has already been issued from our side.

    You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    If you have yet to see the refund on your statement, and the original payment still shows up there, please contact your bank/card issuer for help.
