Unauthorized Charge

    I received an unauthorized charge from WordPress. I signed up for the free trial and cancelled within 3 days of signing up. I was still charged $99 for an account that I cancelled. Please help.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time, request a refund and also disable auto-renew.

    What do your see at these two spots please?
    Dashboard > Store My Upgrades?
    Dashboard > Store Billing History?

    When I go to billing history, a $99 upcoming charge is posted for today, Jan 18, 2015. There is no refund button on my upgrades page, only a cancel button. What do I do now? Thanks!

    I’m showing a refund was processed for you earlier today, so if you don’t see the funds back in your account yet, they will be there shortly. It can take up to a week, but usually people see the money well before then.
