Unauthorized Charge from Wpchrg.com

I got a charge from wpchrg.com. Went threw many webpages on wordpress to find the contact number or a proper email address to email them and ask for a refund, found nothing. I followed there step by steps and We only have “two days” for a refund. Even though they say there an auto renewal. Utter crap I never noticed that when I took the trial.
Can I have the number or email address to get help on the this issue ASAP.

Hi there! No worries! The two day refund period only applies to domain registration. Our standard refund policy is 30 days.
Your payment hadn’t fully processed, so I’ve voided it. The charge on your bank statement should clear within a week.

I have the same problem. I did try the premium but I ended it the same day. And now im charged for it. I logged in and I canceled it again and I discovered that I need to confirm by email. That i didnt know. I think that im not going to be charged on this..

No transactions appear on your username for WordPress.com. However, I believe I do see the transaction in question, the automatic renewal of the domain calanutrition.com .
This upgrade is owned by another username on WordPress.com, but it seems like you may control it. I’ve sent an email to the address associated with that account, please reply there and we can work it out.

I got a charge from wpchrg.com $99.00 I really need to know why there is no contact number or anything,I need some explanation for this because I didn’t authorize this payment.

You began a Premium plan free trial on April 28th. When the free trials end they automatically renew for the remainder of the Premium plan’s first year. The Premium plan costs $99. You can find a receipt for this transaction in your billing history:

Would you like me to remove the Premium plan from your site and refund the $99?

Hi I was also un-willingly charged a sum of £85 for an upgrade and I have cancelled this but I don’t know if cause they e-mail doesn’t say my refund will come.

The £85 charge was an authorization hold for when the Premium plan’s free trial would end tomorrow. You successfully removed the Premium plan from your site today before the final charge went through.
Your bank will remove the authorization hold from your account, usually in 2 – 5 business days (each bank handles it differently.) I voided the authorization on our end to speed that up as best I can.
You can expect no further charges.
