Unauthorized Charge. Help

    I need assistance. I was billed by WordPress for a charge I did not authorize. I can find no support address, link or phone number to get this credited. Can you tell me how to contact support, accounting, etc. Thank you.

    I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at http://wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
