    I assume this is a renewal as Autorenew usually takes place about a month prior to the original expiry date. https://en.support.wordpress.com/faq-renewing-and-canceling/

    I’ve left the MODLOOK tag for Staff regarding your refund in case you encounter any issue, but you can initiate the refund yourself directly in your Account’s My Purchases https://wordpress.com/purchases as long as you are logged in with the username account that purchased it originally.

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any upgrades in your account, so if you’ve been charged it’s for a different username account. Do you have any other usernames or sites on WordPress.com? If so, please log into your other account and post here and I’ll be able to help.

    You can also go to wpchrg.com and enter details of the charge there to find out for which site and upgrade it is. On that page you’ll find a link to contact us privately to help get this resolved.

    Please never send your full credit card information to us, whether in the forums or via a private email. Credit card details should only ever be entered on an encrypted form like the payment form on the checkout page. Entering it in any other way or emailing it can lead to other people intercepting that information, which will allow them to make fraudulent purchases with your card.
