Unauthorized Charge on Card

    I have an unauthorized charge from WordPress for $66 on my debit card. I have not used this account in years, and never had a paid membership to begin with, so this is very confusing. Prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
