Unauthorized Charge on Credit Card

I was just charged for $18 even though i have no active WordPress websites – I checked my charged and nothing is listed on my account.
The reference appears to be [redacted].

Hi, I redacted the reference number. That’s for the domain “foxandmalone.com” — it looks like its outside hosting plan is expired, but the domain itself is still here and active.
Can you log out, and log back in as that user so that you can cancel the domain? If you need help regaining access, use the form mentioned here:

Yes I just went through the account recovery process you suggested and foxandmalone.com is linked to my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I logged out, logged back in as suggested and there is still nothing listed under billing details or credit card information as if wordpress never charged me at all.
Please advise further. I would like to delete this account completely and get confirmation from wordpress that i will not be charged again. Ideally, I’d like to be refunded the $18 as this account was meant to be deleted previously and appears as if it’s not active at all in my account details which is misleading when the company is continuing to charge my credit card.

That domain is not associated with the email address you mentioned. To access the account that owns it and request a refund, please do the following.
Since this is a paid upgrade, you can provide us with the transaction ID as a proof of ownership so we can restore access to your account.
Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement:

I just went through this process again and did not list an email address (used just transaction ID and the domain name). It still links me back to the email address referenced above ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and tells me to reset my password in order to get access to the account. This process is just sending me in circles. What can we do the cancel my account directly?
I will have to call fraud on my credit card pretty soon if there’s no customer support provided through WordPress. Please advise.
