Unauthorized Charge on Credit Card

  Hello

  We have been charged a $19 renewal charge for a WordPress site. This is an unauthorized purchase that needs to be reimbursed immediately. Can someone help me with this today possibly?

  Did you already check that charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to know what that charge is about before accusing people?

  I see https://nchstats.com/ is up and running and hasn’t been cancelled, so it’s normal you get charged for that site as all wordpress.com plans are on autorenewal.

  @jhl1, this is for a domain renewal on this account, and you would have renewal reminders and whatnot for it.

  If you want to use the domain for anything else, please avoid canceling it as it can be costly if not impossible to get it back, otherwise you can cancel here, then update us:
