Unauthorized charge on my card

    Hi,

    this evening I tried to change my payment method regarding the redirect to my website http://www.viaggiascrittori.com, as the card I used the previous years for this transaction has expired.
    Therefore I tried to change the card from the expired one to an active one, but I failed 5 times (card not approved). Each time I failed I was charged 1 euro from wordpress.
    I hope you can resolve this soon because honestly it’s pretty annoying.

    Hi Marco –

    These are authorizations and not actual charges. Your card company should be able to confirm that information for you.

    What happens if you set up the new payment from a different browser?

    Or, try clearing the cache on the current one and see if you have better luck.
