unauthorized charge to account

    HI! there was a charge back in January that I did not authorize. I do not use whatever this account is. Could you please refund my amex.

    Hi there,

    We provide full refunds on all payments if requested within the refund period. But once a charge is disputed, the funds are frozen pending an investigation, so at this point it’s not possible for us to refund the payment.
