  authorized charges In the amount of $300 that I did not agree to and I have had horrible customer support and trying to resolve this issue

  Which site URL and which username account are this charges about?

  For any billing issues, the best place you can check (if you haven’t done yet) is https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and you can also use this form: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged
