  I am going to contact the better business bureau, you charge my paypal account on an account I open in August 2017 I believe and closed immediately after for which you refunded me, however you did not close it as you charged me a year later. Please refund and close this account and notify me, otherwise I will contact consumer resources as this is a scam and possibly a class action suit.

  Hi @mapattonsmart, I can see you have already been refunded. It looks like you canceled most of your plan last year, and you received a full refund, but somehow kept the domain related portion active. That has been canceled as well now, and a full refund is on its way.
