    Why did you deduct my payment on my account without asking for mg permission first?

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    By default, WordPress.com plans, domains, and other subscriptions are set to automatically renew to ensure there’s no disruption in your services, loss of features, or loss of your custom domain name. You also get several emails before your card is charged. https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#automatic-renewal.

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could have charged.

    If you received a charge from us, it’s for an upgrade you bought for a site under a different account, and you gave permission for that charge when you accepted our terms of service and renewal policy when you originally bought the upgrade.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
