Unauthorized domain charge

I haven’t used wordpress services for many years. My bank account was charged for a domain renewal that I didn’t authorize.
I have tried to find a way to contact WordPress about the charge to no avail. None of their support features offer a way to contact them.
Is there a solution to my problem?

Did you receive any communication on the domain name from wpchrg.wordpress.com? Or do you know of any domains you’ve purchased on WordPress.com? Do you own any other sites besides http://onethirdacre.wordpress.com, or have any other email addresses that might be associated with another WordPress.com account?
Also note you can use the contact option to contact the billing team directly for help with this.

Before accusing people, first check that charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. If you still want to cancel, you can and must do this yourself at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
