Unauthorized Payment

    A charge has been made to my credit card. However, it was made to maintain my wordpress account.

    For what site was this charge?

    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and the last payment you made to us was on 6 August 2019 for a domain that has since expired. You can see receipts for all past payments here:

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
