  Hi there, with covid I can’t afford to be charged $126 for a site I don’t use. Is there any way I can get Refund for the charge to my account on July 13th.
  I need that money.

  Hi @reaganblog10, it sounds like you had an auto-renewal. It’s not on this account, though. Can you log out, and log back in with the email address that received renewal reminders?

  And if you’re not sure how to get logged into it, could you send a link to the site?
