Unauthorized Payment

    Hi!
    My PayPal was charged for a service I do not believe I signed up for
    Wordpress Personal for OfficialTopTenLists.
    That is my domain. But I don’t know what WordPress Personal is. I always had a free account.
    Please fix and send verification.

    I am also thoroughly offended you don’t have a means to contact you outside of a public forum. That’s ridiculous and terrible customer service.

    Hi @rikkileetravolta,

    It looks like you’ve cancelled your subscriptions, and you have no active upgrades.

    For future reference, plans and domains auto-renew one month prior to their expiration to avoid service interruption. You can turn this off by going to Personal Settings → Purchases → Active Upgrades here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
