Unauthorized payment

When I started the blog I paid for the bundle with absolutely no idea or notice of there being any further payment or subscription. Suddenly we receive a bill for a personal bundle? I don’t use the site anymore and haven’t done for probably over 8 months so why is this suddenly appearing and can I get a refund if possible please as this is a large amount of money! I have cancelled it now but there was no notice whatsoever, just realizing that $36 have been taken from my account without my permission. I’d appreciate it so much if I could get a refund.

The WordPress refund policies are outlined here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
It should noted that for new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.
For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. If you used the domain credit to register a new domain, the normal cost of registration will be deducted from your refund. If you mapped an existing domain, or never used a domain, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.
