Unauthorized payment

I have a transaction when I check my e-banking statement, which I don’t authorize it. It stated WORDPRESS HTTPSWORDPRESUSD. I don’t receive any email or receipt from wordpress. What should I do?

I check my billing history, I already paid $99 at Nov 8, 2017. Now only Oct, and wordpress already charge me another round, without my consent. Please help.

I don’t see any charges on your account. The last charge was last year and you have received a full refund for that.
Can you please check the date of that transaction on your statement?

Yes, just cancel it. But is it possible for me to rerequest a refund? I never blog this domain.

Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.
