Unauthorized payment

  I need a refund on my wordpress, as I did not authorize for the payment to come out. Please contact me ASAP there is not enough money to pay for this and will bounce in my account!

  Hi @datdude120, we’d be happy to refund you on request, but we can’t while the payment is being disputed. Can you cancel the dispute with your bank, then update us here so we can process the refund?

  Thanks for the prompt reply, sorry for the dispute just did not want to bounce in the account. Dispute lifted and I will not be needing the site or domain as the business closed 1 year ago thanks.
