unauthorized posts

  Unauthorized posts have been made to my blog twice in the last month. After the first one was found, I changed PW. Then I just found it happened again. My blog propagates via Networked Blogs and Symphony, so the spam posts really traveled. I’ve now authorized 2 step authentication, hoping that will solve it. Anyone else have this challenge/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you have anyone else showing up in your Users section that might be making those posts?

  If so you should follow these instructions to remove or reassign them.

  The only thing I can suggest is changing your password to something secure, setting up two step authentication and making sure the email account linked to your account also has a new, unique and hard to break password.

  Thank you Halluke, I did both of these things today (last time I only changed the password). Hopefully, that will secure it.

  Well, it happened again this morning. I have already deleted the post, but it occurred after I’d changed the password and put in place the two step authentication. I saw that the only place that had visited my blog (I checked this morning and it was fine – then within half an hour, it had the spam post), was Australia.

  Feeling stumped. This is so, not okay.

  Make sure Post By Email is disabled – I think it’s at
