Unauthorized release of my personal data

I was recently tipped off at a blog hosted on your servers that has released my full name as well a large amount of other information, without my consent.
I would like this taken down, and will also be going to my local police department about it, as I know the guy who runs it and have had several previous issues with him.
Who do I need to speak with to get this blatant slander removed from your site? -

That “three dot” button is not appearing most of the time, and not functioning when it does rarely appear. I would like to speak with a representative if at all possible to discuss my options before meeting with law enforcement.

Update, blog has been reported, I got it to work, however I would still like to speak with someone person to person about this.
