Unauthorized renewal

  I would like to request a refound for a Unauthorized renew of my former plan.

  I haven’t enabled the “automatic renewal”, so I want to cancel you the services with wordpress.

  You have charged me without my authorization.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Please note that there’s an automatic renewal unless you opt out: 1) in section 3 of our Terms of Service, and 2) the Store checkout screen (before you click Purchase).

  But no worries, I have canceled the auto-renewal and provided you a full refund. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
