  I am wondering why I am getting a renewal, I tried cancelling this subscription a month ago…… I am very disappointed there is no live customer support to help here; I await my refund.

  I see that you were able to process your refund. The refund can take 7-10 days to reflect on your bank statement. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
