Unauthorized renewal?

I have been charged but everything I look under tells me I have a free or unpaid plan and cannot get any human help in the ai chat. I checked all of my emails and have no notifications from wordpress. I tried canceling/refunding and have gotten nowhere. Please…I just want to resolve this.

thank you, Frank. My problem is more extensive as there is no payment history showing in my account and no stored payments (cc’s). When I enter transaction code that shows on my cc stmt, it links me back to same wordpress account that shows no purchase history. I don’t understand. Why can’t I get help directly from WordPress employees who can talk to me about my personal issue. The AI chat keeps telling me I need to speak with a human, but refuses to connect me saying that I have an “unpaid” acct…but I’ve been charged!! Terrible, terrible cycle of getting nowhere.

There is very little content on https://songsfromthesand.home.blog/ so it is likely you are being charged for a different site under a different account. Enter the transaction code when you are DEFINITELY logged out of this “wrong” account.
