unauthorized renewal of account

  I did not authorize this. I did not receive any information prior to being charged. I want this fixed immediately. Everything needs to be deleted and canceled. I did not sign up for a wordpress account.

  I want a phone number to speak to someone immediately. This cannot be solved over these forums.

  There is no phone number, there is an office number in San Francisco, and it states that any messages left for support will not be returned, and for all other messages maybe they will get back to you in a few weeks.

  You can get a refund at Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades

  Just an observation the blog linked to your account http://blackperipatos.com/ is a blog here that is domain mapped to a blog here – I am assuming that you set that up?

  You left Auto Renew enabled on something – might want to disable it

  Your domain blackperipatos.com was set to auto-renew.

  If you no longer are using this custom domain, I can cancel the renewal for you and refund you $18.
