    Dear WordPress employee,

    Money was taken from my account for a transaction which I did not approve, please refund my money in full.

    Hi Ali,

    You can get a refund of your Purchases by just going to this link. Also note, it takes approximately 10 working days for the refund to reflect back into your account. May take more days if it’s outside the US. You can learn more about refunds in this support document:

    You would get a confirmation while you follow the process. If you still have a problem with this, you can get the staff to help you with this by typing the “modlook” tag in the sidebar. You can learn more about it here:
