Unauthorized WordPress Charge

An unauthorized charge was just made to my account, I haven’t used wordpress if maybe five years. I called my bank and they said the same charge was made last year as well at the same time. They advised me to call and have charges reversed and if not they would handle it for me. Please reply for assistance. Thank you.

Do you have another username account?
Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. There are no active upgrades in your account and according to our logs the last time a purchase was made with your account was in 2011.
What was the exact amount and date of the charge?
You can also try entering information on the charge at https://wpchrg.com/ and if it doesn’t return any results, use the contact link on that page to contact us privately, as we can’t discuss info like your card details in the public forums. Once we can find the correct account from which the charge was made we can help you get it cancelled and refunded.
