  So I was having trouble accessing some of the links (not all) on this site:

  ALL

  and whenever I could not access a link on this site, the pop-up windows said:

  Unauthorized. You may remove the customize_messenger_channel param to preview as frontend.

  I need a solution to this, thanks.

  Hi there!

  Were you visiting the page directly at https://t11zones.home.blog/all/ when you saw the error message or were you looking at this page via the customizer?

  I visited the page at https://t11zones.home.blog/all/ directly and the few links I clicked, all worked without any issues. Can you share the exact link on that page that isn’t working? Also, can you ensure that you are on the actual page and not looking at it within the customizer?

  Thanks, there are indeed a few links that work just fine for me on the site. However, links such as these are not accessible:

  I do not quite get what you mean by customizer, but I am using Microsoft Edge. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  I do not see any sites under your @markchenhongkong WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login? I can confirm that t11zoneshome.wordpress.com is a site registered in our system, but it is under a different account login, and not under your @markchenhongkong account

  With regard to those links, it looks like they are being taken from the “preview” option in the site customizer here: https://wordpress.com/customize/t11zoneshome.wordpress.com

  However, the links you shared above only work if you are logged in as the admin for t11zoneshome.wordpress.com. When you are logged in as @markchenhongkong you do not have the proper access to view those pages.

  Instead you will want to find the “permalink” for your pages, which you can discover by looking in your page list here: https://wordpress.com/pages/t11zoneshome.wordpress.com

  This is difficult to explain in words, so I recorded a quick video to show you how to find the link you need.

  Thanks for the explanations. I am a visitor and indeed not the admin for this site. However, a strange thing is that if I click “next article” within the links on this site, I can always preview the next article (even those inaccessible ones from the main list), but if I click directly into the links on the long list on the main page https://t11zones.home.blog/all/ then some of the links are inaccessible.

  Got it. Do you know the site owner? They may have made a mistake when creating that list. We can show them a much easier way to manage it. I’m just not sure whether they created the list that way on purpose for any reason.

  Gotcha, thanks for clarifying. Since you’re not the site owner, I’m guessing you’d just like to be able to view these pages, yes? If so I have a trick you can use. :)

  These are links to public pages, but I think the site owner may not have understood how to add them correctly, so the links they have use some extra parameters that link to a private version of the page instead. You can get these links to work by deleting the paramater though. To do that, find and delete everything from this point after: ?customize...

  For example this link as we have discussed does not work for you, but I have highlighted the part that you can delete in this case:

  

  If you remove that part but leave the rest, you get this link to the public version of the page:

  You can edit all the links in this way to see the intended content the site owner was linking to. Hope this helps!

  Hi, yes I’d just like to view the content of these links, and with your trick I am indeed able to view all the previously inaccessible links. At least as of now I haven’t run into one where the trick does not work. Thank you!
